The Journey House, Downeast Maine
February 28-March 2, 2025
6 Exclusive Spots Available
Winter whispers an invitation—one that’s easy to miss in the noise of daily life. An invitation to slow down. To listen. To let go of what no longer serves you and prepare for what’s next.
If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, caught in the cycle of doing, achieving, and showing up for everyone but yourself… this retreat is for you.
For three days, in the quiet magic of winter, you’ll step away from the busyness of life and into a sacred space of rest, reflection, and renewal.
This isn’t about checking out. It’s about checking in—with yourself, your heart, and the wisdom that’s been waiting beneath the surface.
I know the weight you carry. The responsibilities, the decisions, the endless list of things that need your attention.
I also know this: You deserve time to just be. To breathe. To listen to your own voice.
At the Winter Wisdom retreat, you will…
✨ Release & Let Go – through guided journaling, fireside rituals, and intentional reflection.
✨ Embrace Stillness – learning to honor rest as a radical act of strength.
✨ Find Clarity – with nature as your teacher, uncover what winter is revealing about your next season.
✨ Step Into Renewal – create a vision for what’s ahead and move forward with intention.
This is your time to pause, replenish, and realign—so that when you re-enter the world, you do so with clarity, energy, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Nestled on the rugged coast of Downeast Maine, The Journey House is more than a retreat space—it’s a sanctuary. A place where the ocean meets the horizon, and the only expectation is that you show up as you are.
Imagine waking up to the sound of waves, sipping herbal tea by the fire, and feeling the weight of the outside world melt away. This is where transformation happens.
Together, we’ll share nourishing meals, thoughtful conversations, and quiet moments of reflection. You’ll leave not only refreshed but deeply connected—to yourself, to the season, and to a community of like-minded women walking this path with you.

1. What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival on Friday is between 3:00-5:00 PM, allowing you time to settle in before our opening circle. The retreat concludes on Sunday by noon, so you’ll have time to ease back into your world with intention and clarity.
2. I’m not experienced with meditation or journaling. Is this retreat for me?
Absolutely. No prior experience is needed—only a willingness to slow down and listen to yourself. I will gently guide you through each reflection, meditation, and discussion, ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way.
3. Will I have time to myself, or is everything scheduled?
This retreat is designed to balance guided experiences with personal reflection time. While we’ll come together for group discussions, meditations, and nature walks, there will also be intentional space for solitude—whether that’s journaling by the fire, walking the coastline, or simply resting.
4. What should I bring?
Comfort is key. I recommend:
✓ Cozy layers (it’s winter in Maine, after all!)
✓ A journal and a favorite pen
✓ Comfortable walking shoes for our coastal meditation walk
✓ An open heart and a willingness to pause
Everything else—nourishing meals, cozy accommodations, and a warm, supportive space—is taken care of.
